Foursquare 2.12 Comes with Support for Windows Phone 8

A new flavor of the foursquare application is now available for download for devices running under Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system, namely version 2.12.

The new app release comes with a series of bug fixes packed inside, as well as with support for Thai and Indonesian languages. Moreover, it also brings along compatibility with Windows Phone 8, the team of developers behind the app notes.

The new app release is complemented by the availability of a new flavor of foursquare for BlackBerry devices, which was announced yesterday with fast searching of places, as well as with photos, tips, hours, menus, and more for nearby places.

“Foursquare helps you explore the world around you. Meet up with friends. Find places to go. Save money with Specials. Have fun exploring,” foursquare says about the Windows Phone app.
