Racing games are popular these days but among them, Turn 10's Forza Motorsport franchise has really set a benchmark when it came to the amount of customization offered to players around the world. From creating customized paint jobs to racing the cars on many tracks all around the world, gamers are quite entranced by it.

Now, with Microsoft announcing the newest iteration in the series, Forza Motorsport 3, the bar has been set even higher, as the developers have boasted over 400 cars that can be completely customized. As fans are getting more and more interested in the game, the company has revealed just what things would be featured in the Limited Edition of the game for those who want a truly special experience.

Priced at $80, 20 dollar more than the regular game, it would have been fair for some very interesting things to be added in the limited package; sadly, things aren't so. Here's what you will get for your extra money, besides the game disc:

-Forza Motorsport 2GB USB Storage and keychain: Show off your Forza pride with these specially branded items.
-Forza Motorsport VIP Membership and Exclusive Car Pack: Want to be a top painter, tuner, driver or just more active in the community? VIP membership is the way to get yourself noticed. Includes special treatment within the online Auction House, Community Storefront and on the Forzamotorsport.net forums. Also includes five of the hottest cars from the roster of Forza Motorsport 3, available only through your VIP membership.
-Exclusive Collector’s Edition Car Pack: This one is for the fans. This pack includes five cars that have been hand tuned and hand painted by the developers at Turn 10 to fly the Forza Motorsport colors.
-Exclusive Forza Motorsport 3 Theme: Customize your Dashboard experience with this limited availability Xbox 360 theme.

Do you think that such an offering deserves an extra $20 or should Microsoft throw in some more swag in order to persuade hardcore gamers to spend their hard earned money? Leave us a comment with your thoughts on the matter.

"Exclusive Car Pack"... that to me shows that it has additional cars.

i'm willing to dish out $20 more for the extras. i've already put a $20 deposit down on the game. so when it comes out, i wont feel the extra pinch.
