You should use your primary e-mail

Have you ever contacted Google in the past but you're still waiting for a reply? Well, imagine that Google, as a company with millions of users from every corner of the world, receives numerous messages from the customers to require help, ask questions, make suggestions or even congratulate the employees for a certain product. Today, the AdSense team posted a message on the official blog to encourage the registered members to contact the company using their primary e-mail or the one mentioned in the account settings.

"However, if you'd like to contact us, we encourage you to use the email address associated with your AdSense account -- this is the email address you use to sign in. By doing so, you'll help us quickly locate your account so that we can address your issue as soon as possible. This will also allow us to provide you with specific account information and continue to protect the privacy and security of all accounts. For example, if you have specific questions related to your payments, we want to make sure your account information is really going to you and not to a third party," Jennifer Su, AdSense Publisher Support, sustained on the official blog of AdSense.

As you surely know, Google tries to avoid being contacted by users because they are usually enquiring about common problems or issues encountered in the products developed by the company. That's why Google tried to develop detailed help manuals and other ways to interact with the customers. Take the example of Google Groups, a special service designed by the search giant that allows users to post questions and receive answers from other members of the product or directly from the company's employees.
