The development team at Sports Interactive is revealing a number of new features linked to their new Football Manager 2014, including new options when dealing with fans and with players who are retiring from the game.

The studio says that putting more young players in a team will draw a clear reaction from the leadership and the fans and that gamers can now talk to their players about their plans and convince them to become Head of Youth Development and Director of Football.

There are also tweaks to the way the squad setup is performed and it’s easier than in previous titles to create new tactical roles for a team.

A full list of all the new features that were revealed for Football Manager 2014 can be found in the official announcement.

The game will be launched on October 31 of this year on the PC.
