Football Manager 2014 is more than one month away from launch, but the team at Sports Interactive is aiming to reveal as much of the new mechanics as possible to fans, with a new developer diary that offers a lot of information on the transfer deals and the contract negotiations.

The footage goes in-depth and explains how the realism level has been increased in order to assure that gamers have more options when targeting players and that the superstars perform as they would do in the real world.

Sports Interactive says that the new installment of the game has more than 1,000 improvements over last year’s installment.

One of the biggest features is full support for cloud-based saves.

The game will be launched on the PC on October 31 and those who are able to pre-order will get access to it two weeks early.
