Developer Sports Interactive and publisher SEGA bring a new patch for their simulation title Football Manager 2013 just before the Christmas vacation, which introduces a long list of changes to the game and adds two new Challenges for players to enjoy in the Classic mode.

In order to get the update, players need to quit the game and then restart the Steam digital distribution service.

The new scenarios that gamers can try out are: Financial Storm, which asks them to reduce wage bills and sell players while still remaining competitive, and Unrest at Home, focused on managing the atmosphere in the dressing room.

Football Manager 2013 also gets a number of changes to the core mechanics, designed to make the matches more competitive and the entire experience more surprising.

Sports Interactive continues to encourage players to report issues in order to improve the football manager.
