Raw footage of parents Joshua Michael and Sharyn Hakken being booked in a U.S. jail has emerged following the kidnapping of their sons and their subsequent Cuba voyage.

Cuban authorities have surrendered the couple, who are detained in a prison in Tampa starting this morning. They were apprehended on Monday and turned over to U.S. authorities, despite the lack of an extradition treaty between the two countries.

As I mentioned, officials were chasing Hakken after he immobilized the children's grandmother and sailed away with them and their mother to Havana. Immigration officers in Cuba located their vessel in the Marina Hemingway near the capital city.

The Hakkens stand to face trial on charges of kidnapping, neglect and interference with custody proceedings.

According to the Miami Herald, the kids have been returned to their grandmother, Patricia Hauser who lives in Tampa.
