Joining the company's reLeaf program, you can send in a device that's reached the end of its life, and, not only will you be responsible for the planting of a tree, but you will be sure not one "ounce of hazardous material" ends up where it shouldn't: "All end of life devices we receive are sent to Sims Recycling Solutions," Flipswap says, talking about its reLeaf program. "This internationally recognized recycler has facilities all over the world and meets ISO 14001 environmental management standards."
Flipswap also buys good working devices, so you can send yours in and nab yourself an extra buck to make the upgrade to iPhone 3G less painful. So, you've had trouble finding a buyer for your beat up iPhone, iPod, or need to get a good price for a working device, maybe Flipswap is the answer.
