Flight Attendant Fired for Giving Passengers the Finger Claims It's Not Her Pic

An air hostess from Russia has been fired over posting a picture giving passengers the finger. The image was originally uploaded on social network Vkontakte.

While the photo, which can be seen here, has been added in 2011, it has resurfaced by being picked up by a blogger.

Tatiana Kozlenko, pictured above, claims she only tagged herself in someone else's photo, adding that the plane does not belong to her employers at Aeroflot.

According to MStarz, their reps are not proving understanding, though, and stress that the gesture speaks to her attitude towards her job.

"Posting this photo shows Tatiana's attitude towards passengers and her duties... [Kozlenko] acknowledged her fault when she spoke to her managers," the company says in a statement.
