Even though it's not a new software, FlexMail greatly helps users manage their multiple email accounts. Developed by iambic, the application is fully compatible with POP3 and IMAP4 service clients, but also features support for SSL and SOCKS proxies. Further, FlexMail enables users to connect to a wide range of email providers, including Gmail. Using the email client's various options users will be able to customize their email usage more complex than the default Inbox allows. Basically, you will be able to receive emails via ActiveSync and respond via your POP3/IMAP4 SMTP accounts. Moreover, you can even synchronize emails by age, size, and synchronizations status.

FlexMail is easy to use with an intuitive interface and offers a wide range of features, such as:  simple and powerful account/folder navigation, 3 Pane/Multipage/Single Page options, read HTML e-mail for IMAP/POP3 accounts, full VGA High DPI and Landscape support, powerful notification settings, separate authentication (host, user/pass, socks, and SSL) for incoming and outgoing mail GMail SSL POP3, as well as mail storage on an SD or CF card. Before using FlexMail, you will need to take advantage of an Internet connection. You can do that manually or by setting up a default connection that should be available everytime you want to use the email client.

Each account with which you want to work from the device must have its own service. There are three types of services in FlexMail: POP3, IMAP and MAPI. You can create as many POP3 and IMAP services as you need and make individual settings for each of them. The application also includes an integrated Spell Checker, which has been developed by Phatware. FlexMail is fully compatible with Windows Mobile 2002/2003/2003SE, but also with the newer platforms such as Windows Mobile 2005/5.0 and 6.0. The application can be bought for USD 29.95, but a fully featured trial is also available.
