The stable version for Adobe Flash Player has been updated to build 11.1.102.62, which brings to the table a slew of security fixes. As expected, a new update for Google Chrome Stable was also released, available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame).

As Adobe Flash plug-in is directly integrated into Chrome and enabled by default, all Flash updates are mirrored in Google’s web browser. Besides bringing to the table the newest Flash version, the stable release for Google Chrome 17.0.963.56 also takes care of stability and security issues.

The installer includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of the player. The severity rating for the security flaws fixed in the current build is rated as “critical” so an updated to the latest revision is highly recommended.
