Owners of BlackBerry 10 devices out there interested in trying out a mobile game that resembles the highly acclaimed Flappy Bird mobile title can now do so, courtesy of Flappy Herbie Saga: Trolls of the Forest.

Of course, this is not Flappy Bird, and chances are that the actual title will never make it to the platform, now that its developer has removed it from both iTunes and Google Play Store, but it should prove a welcomed replacement.

In Flappy Herbie Saga: Trolls of the Forest, players will take control of Herbie – the hero from Flycraft – in a quest to help it fly through the forest without bumping into trees.

“Welcome to another adventure of our hero from Flycraft, Herbie, the coolest ladybug in the forest! Help little Herbie fly through the forest without running into the bamboo trees,” the game’s description reads.

The title was launched as a simple, one-touch game, aimed at challenging users’ reflexes and response speed. The game is easy to play, but its levels can prove hard to complete, so your patience will also be put to the test.

According to the developers, users will enjoy simple one-touch controls, which allow them to play anywhere, even single-handedly.

The features list of Flappy Herbie Saga: Trolls of the Forest also includes:

- Featuring the hero from the award winning game FlyCraft - Share your scores on Facebook - Sweet graphics - Collect red life gems - Use Life Gems to continue from where you died - Relaxing Zen quotes and music for calming down when feeling the need to throw your phone on the wall

The game is available as version 1.0.0.3, with support for all BlackBerry 10 devices, including BlackBerry Z10, Z30, Q10, Q5, and Porsche Design P’9982. You can download Flappy Herbie Saga: Trolls of the Forest from Softpedia today.
