A five-year-old Star Wars fan has seen his dream of having his bedroom redesigned in the style of the iconic sci-fi series after winning a national contest marking the 15th anniversary of the collaboration between LEGO and the film franchise.

Milun Simpson, from Knebworth Hertfordshire, entered a competition in Star Wars Comic magazine asking fans to design the LEGO Star Wars bedroom of their dreams. He submitted his own Ewok Village-inspired design and managed to impress organizers, who announced him as winner.

So, LEGO has made his dream bedroom a reality by building his own design completely out of bricks, 60,000 to be more precise. Four official Lego builders spent five weeks putting his favorite scene from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi together.

After the incredible makeover, the bedroom now includes a LEGO Ewok Village tree house bed, a Yoda's house, a Death Star table lamp, a large R2-D2 LEGO model, and an AT-AT desk.

Little Milun couldn't be happier with the result.

“This is the most awesome bedroom ever. It’s just like my drawing and I can’t wait to invite my friends over to play. I want to be a Jedi or an author when I grow up, so now I can start training in my cool bedroom,” the boy said, glowing with excitement.
