14 DAY TRIAL // IT security solutions provider FishNet Security has acquired TorreyPoint, a company that provides network consultancy services.
TorreyPoint has offices in California and New York. It offers strategic network engineering solutions and advanced professional services to over 400 organizations.
The firm is one of Juniper Networks’ main infrastructure partners. Other TorreyPoint partners include Arista, Palo Alto, ADVA Optical Networks, Barcode and A10.
FishNet Security is confident that the acquisition of TorreyPoint will help accelerate its growth and expansion.
“FishNet Security has experienced tremendous growth throughout its history, and we have nearly tripled in size over the past five years,” commented Gary Fish, founder and CEO of FishNet Security.
“One of our biggest challenges has been keeping up with our customers' demand for experienced engineers, consultants and trainers. The acquisition of TorreyPoint dramatically expands our resources and creates one of the largest dedicated infrastructure solution teams in the country,” Fish added.
The financial terms of the agreement have not been made public.
