First iPhone 5S Photos Allegedly Leaked in China

The first alleged iPhone 5S spy shots have emerged in China showing an identical form factor (no surprise there), and some Foxconn staffers actually resting (big surprise there).

Ever thought you’d hear “Foxconn staffer” and “slacking off” in the same sentence? Neither did we, but it seems this was the case when a Foxconn insider decided to take some photos of the alleged iPhone 5S production line.

We could be looking at current-generation iPhones, since there is no apparent difference between the iPhone 5 display and the hardware depicted in these “leaked” pictures.

However, it is just as possible that production is now underway for the next-generation iPhone 5S, rumored to make its debut in the June-July timeframe. Apple is also said to be prototyping a 5-inch iPhone 6 for launch later this year.
