The first games that will be included in the App Store of the Windows 8 operating system have been uncovered, including hugely popular titles like Angry Birds, as well as console games, like Ms Splosion Man or Ilomilo.
Windows 8 will have a special App Store from where users of the operating system can download applications for their device.
As you can imagine, games will play a huge part in the popularity of the digital distribution service and the first details about the titles that will be a part of the Windows 8 App Store have now been revealed, courtesy of The Verge.
According to the website, eleven games will be included in the App Store once the Consumer Preview version of Windows 8 is released. These are: Angry Birds, Hydro Thunder, Toy Soldiers, Reckless Racing, Ilomilo, Rocket Riot, Full House Poker, Tentacles, Crash Course, Ms Splosion Man, Wordament.
The Windows 8 Consumer Preview build, which is out at the end of this month, will also include two games as standard, in the form of Pinball and Solitaire.
