Canonical is now showing for the first time a hands-on presentation of Ubuntu Edge, providing potential buyers with a more physical experience.

Ubuntu Edge is now in its second day of the campaign and Canonical thought it would be nice if people actually saw how the device looks in some human hands.

The presentation is done by none other than Jono Bacon, Canonical's Ubuntu community manager. As you can see in the video, he actually compares it in size with a Nexus 4, an iPhone 4, and a Samsung Galaxy.

No other new information is provided regarding the technical specifications of Ubuntu Edge, but he did reveal that the back of the device is not glossy and features a matte and softly rubberized surface.

The pricing for Ubuntu Edge has remained the same, $830 (€627), but potential buyers now have access to limited new offers that should provide a new incentive.
