The development team at The Creative Assembly announces that the first full-blown patch for its strategy title Total War: Rome II will be launched on Friday via Steam and will contain a number of improvements to overall performance and changes to the balance of the game.

The studio says that it is using all the feedback it is getting from players who are currently playing the game.

Apparently, the long-term plan is to deliver one big game patch each week, to make sure that the experience is constantly being improved.

The Creative Assembly states, “we are also planning to tweak the balancing, AI routines and other features now that we’re getting real-time metric feedback from thousands of players.”

All those who are currently having issues with Total War: Rome II should also visit the official support forums.
