One lucky fellow has apparently gotten his hands on the upcoming The Last of Us Remastered, running on the PlayStation 4, and he decided to share the first ever look at its gameplay with the world.

Sony and Naughty Dog have refrained from releasing any gameplay footage from the overhauled video game prior to launch, and thus the video below offers a pretty good outline of what you can expect when it comes to the visual and game flow upgrades the game received.

It's pertinent to note that Naughty Dog's award-winning action adventure title already looked gorgeous on the PlayStation 3, and now – obviously – it looks even better on the PlayStation 4, taking full advantage of the much more powerful hardware.

The leak comes via YouTube user ThePapigfunkMobile, who shared not one, but two video walkthroughs. Be advised that if you haven't played the game yet, intend to buy it, and you're trying to stay away from spoilers, you should probably keep clear from these videos as well, as they show the intro and beginning part of the game.

The Last of Us Remastered is due out on July 29 in North America and August 1 in Europe, available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 console from Sony.
