Sony Xperia J is just another budget-friendly Android smartphone. The device leaked several weeks ago and is expected to go official next week at IFA 2012 trade fair, in Berlin, Germany.

Moreover, the Xperia J has already been reviewed ahead of official launch, so we already know most of the specs sheet.

Today, the folks over at XperiaBlog have just retrieved what appears to be the first press photo of the Sony Xperia J.

The device will be launched on the market with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and a 1 GHz single-core processor.

Sony Xperia J sports a 4.0-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
