The tablet has been recently confirmed to arrive at MWC 2013

Samsung’s CEO, JK Shin, confirmed the rumored Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet will be made official at Mobile World Congress 2013, in Barcelona, Spain.

Also known as Kona, the Galaxy Note 8.0 is said to come equipped with a powerful 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

We also know the slate will ship with Android Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and an 8-inch Super Clear capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution.

Aside from these specs sheet that leaked in the last couple of days, now we also have the first picture showing the alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0.
