Opera launched recently the first post-beta snapshot for version 12.10 of their web browser. The fresh build focuses on bug fixing only and it is available for all supported platforms.

Repairs address various problems, crashes and memory leaks among them. Also fixed are issues with Opera process failing to close on exit, impossibility to install extensions from file://. The development team had been receiving reports about users getting a clean profile when upgrading the web browser; this should no longer be the case at the moment.

On Mac, the problems addressed included cursors being blurry with retina display and redraw glitches when resizing text areas.

Additionally, the problem with images not showing up or being too small on some websites has been eliminated.
