Hot on the heels of the announcement that the fourth “Jurassic Park” movie would be made and that it would be called “Jurassic World” the pitch trailer for it has emerged online.

You can see in full above, such as it is.

The footage was screened during Iain McCaig’s presentation at the Star Wars convention in Germany but, before you get too hyped up about it, you should know that it’s not actually from the film.

A pitch trailer is a trailer made either from footage from other releases or computer animations, for the sole purpose of selling a movie. It’s not meant for the eyes of the public but it’s very revealing because it includes essential plot details.

In this particular case, this would be the fact that dinos are still alive and, what’s worst, set on taking over the world (by snatching away and eating surfers).

“Jurassic World” will hit screens across the world in June 2015. Are you even vaguely interested in seeing it after the pitch trailer?
