14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian gave birth to daughter North West in mid-June and, until just now, she was never seen in public. The first photos of the reality star, her child and her boyfriend Kanye West, have emerged online.
Amid speculation that Kim might sell the rights to the baby’s first pics for as much as $4 million (€2.99 million) and make half that amount for her big weight loss reveal, TMZ has nabbed the first photos of both North and Kim.
You can see them at the link but, truth be told, they don’t reveal that much.
North is in a carrier with a nanny, and isn’t visible at all, as the carrier is covered with a blanket. Kim is seen behind them with Kanye, but it’s clear that she took some pains to pick clothes that would flatter and, at the same time, cover her post-baby figure.
Even so, you can tell she’s been working hard to shed the extra weight. She looks effortlessly chic in ankle boots, tights and a shirt tied at the waist.
The photos come hot on the heels of tabloid reports that she was getting “desperate” because she couldn’t shift the weight she’d gained no matter how hard she worked.
Various unnamed sources claim that Kim has already dropped about 30 pounds (13.6 kg) but is only halfway to her target weight.
Admittedly, she’s made up her mind not to make any public appearances until she loses the final 30 pounds as well, because she wants to look perfect on the red carpet for her first official post-baby appearance.
Speaking of which, other reports say that it might be on her mother’s new talk show, Kris, because that would boost ratings and guarantee it got picked up for a full season.
Judging by the photos just posted online, “desperate” is the last thing anyone would describe Kim as.
