Interest in Bruce Jenner, who is allegedly transitioning from male to female and will be making the first official statement on this this Friday, April 24, has reached such high levels that he’s being stalked inside his own Malibu home.

Paparazzi have camped outside his home and snapped photos of him in women’s clothes. The pics are running in the latest edition of the New York Daily News and represent the first time he’s seen in female garb.

This Friday, ABC will air a 2-hour special with Diane Sawyer and Bruce Jenner, in which he is expected to come out as a trans-woman. Officially, Jenner has not said anything on the topic, refusing to engage with the media whether to confirm or deny the reports.

Following his divorce from Kris, his wife of 23 years, he’s been living a more secluded life, which means he could, if he wanted to, hide his true identity from the press because he would no longer be obligated to make daily public appearances.

Despite the lack of a confirmation, the entire world is convinced that the ABC special will mark Bruce’s coming out. Certain media outlets have already started referring to Bruce by the female pronoun in anticipation of this.

This is the context for the photos over at the NYDN: they’re the first piece of evidence that Jenner is transitioning. The pics show him in a black and white striped dress, with long sleeves and a thigh slit, standing on the patio, smoking and stretching. He obviously has no idea his picture is being taken.

The photos are getting a lot of attention online right now, and not just because they confirm Bruce’s transition. It’s illegal to snap photos of a celebrity / public figure on private property and then to post them online, or for that matter, sell them for profit.

TMZ reports that the paparazzi camped out on a nearby hillside and used telephoto lenses to see inside his home and take pictures. He’d already confronted them before this new set was taken, but to no avail.

He called the cops on them when he saw they would not listen to reason and an earnest request. The celebrity publication says Bruce could file charges against the paparazzi for invasion of privacy, but whether he’ll do it is an entirely different matter.
