First Official Photo from “Transformers 4,” Called “Age of Extinction”

You can’t really blame Michael Bay for not keeping his fans in the loop as regards development on the 4th “Transformers” film, called “Age of Extinction,” not when he’s just posted the first official photo from the movie.

Sure, it doesn’t technically reveal anything about the film but, you know what they say, beggars can’t be choosers.

“Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz and Jack Reynor on the set of Transformers 4 The Age Of Extinction,” the director writes. Again, teasing big time, Mr. Bay, are we not?

In the fourth installment, which will reboot the franchise, Wahlberg plays Cade, a mechanic who makes a discovery that will attract a lot of unwanted attention, especially from Autobots, Decepticons, and government officials.

Peltz plays his daughter and I believe Reynor will be her love interest.

“Transformers: Age of Extinction” will be out in theaters on June 27, 2014.
