First Look at the New Suit from “RoboCop”

As the majority of those who saw and loved the original “RoboCop,” we felt a sudden urge to roll our eyes at Hollywood’s lack of originality in announcing plans to come out with a remake. We’re already standing corrected.

Not only is the Jose Padilha-directed project boasting a very, very impressive cast, but it’s also promising to be one of the hottest action movies of next summer.

Proof of that can also be found in the new on-set photo that just emerged online. ComingSoon has another one.

What you’re looking at is Joel Kinnaman rocking the new RoboCop suit: it definitely looks more impressive than the original, doesn’t it?

“RoboCop” also stars Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Abbie Cornish, Samuel L. Jackson, Jackie Earle Haley and Marianne Jean-Baptiste, and will be out on August 9, 2013.
