Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy welcomed their first child together in July this year and, in a move to prevent the paparazzi from constantly stalking them, they’ve now decided to show the first photo of Bingham “Bing” on Twitter.

While Kate has been spotted out and about since giving birth, no paparazzo could get a clear shot of Bing’s face, which probably made them try harder and harder every time they saw the two stars in public.

Fed up with this kind of behavior, Matt took to his Twitter to introduce Bing, his son, to the public. Accompanied by the tweet “Family life!,” Matt posted a photo of Kate cradling her son.

She’s leaning towards the camera while smiling, and little Bing seems fast asleep – a photo that has been described as a candid, adorable insight into the family life of the two stars.

“Wow, these paps are annoying. Thought we’d tweet pic in hope of paps backing off, didn’t work!” Matt writes on his official Twitter page.

He goes on to say that, even if he and Kate are both internationally known public figure, the paparazzi should not be allowed to stalk their children like this and that there should be a law to protect them.

“There should be laws protecting minors... Daily mail – expect to hear from lawyers soon ;)” Bellamy writes. He’s referring to the British tabloid the Daily Mail.

He and Kate are not the only celebrities to take to Twitter to post pictures of their children in the hope that paparazzi would lay off them if the “first look” at them was no longer worth as much money as before.

Singer Pink and husband Carey Hart did the same, publishing the first photo of their daughter Willow Sage online, to discourage paparazzi from following them all over the place, as we also informed you at the time.

Pink also penned a letter to the paps, urging them to respect the kids’ right to privacy – just because their parents were famous did not mean they too wanted to be in magazines.
