Angelina Jolie has turned jewelry designer – for a cause. The actress joined forces with renowned jewelry designer Robert Procop to create a line that will help children around the world.

The line is called simply Style of Jolie, and it’s inspired from pieces that Angelina has worn on the red carpet or pieces that she would don on a night out, when the cameras are away.

The line will be on display at Julien’s Gallery in Beverly Hills – and fans can have a first look at it in the video below, a preview for the collection.

The exhibition is invitation-only, so, for many fans, this is probably the only way they’re ever going to see an Angelina Jolie-designed piece, unless, of course, another celebrity wears it at a public event.

As the video will show, all items have as focus precious gems: rubies, emeralds and topazes hang heavy in their yellow gold encasing, just waiting for someone to fork over serious bucks for them.

It will be for a good cause too: the money from the proceeds will go straight to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, so this means that Angelina and Procop kill two birds with one stone, give something back to those in need and make beautiful jewelry pieces.

Speaking of Procop, he says this is precisely what prompted him to go into this collaboration without as much as giving it a second thought.

“What we’re showing here is a collection that Angelina and I have been working on for the last nine months,” he says in the video below.

“Building not only a part of her style but real artistic forms using gemstones as the centerpiece. But our main mission is helping children in crisis by educating children around the world,” the designer adds.

Julien’s promises it will do its best to accommodate all requests for visits to the gallery, but stresses that interest in the exhibit is huge.
