Rebecca Black is back in the spotlight, this time, hopefully, to stay for longer than 15 seconds. After her massive hit “Friday,” Black has been steadily working on new music, with the video below offering a snippet.
Black was on What’s Trending to talk about her involvement in anti-bullying campaigns (after all, she out of all people should know a lot about that) and, as it so happens, to promote her new music as well.
She has a new song and video, “In Your Words” coming out soon, and you can listen to a snippet of the track starting at the 1:35 minute mark.
Post-“Friday,” one of the most annoying, parodied and mocked virals of all times, Black has maintained that she was more than just that – a real singer.
Her releases after that, “My Moment,” “
Person of Interest” and “Sing It,” all failed to make a splash. Perhaps this one will.
