Set for release in May of 2014, the remake of the Toho's classic film, this "Godzilla" is said to be an epic rebirth of the series.

In anticipation of the film, the studio has began releasing various materials in an effort to keep fans interested but also keep them guessing. Most recently a number of teasers have been released through a mysterious website called MUTOResearch.

The viral videos are hazy and confusing, meant to only lead to more speculation from fans. It's not unusual for film producers to drop hints in such videos, where a keen-mind with a solid knowledge of the film's background can spot some significant developments.

As it is, the videos only feature a man's voice which may or may not be David Strathairn, who seems to be a military leader.

The words “remember your training and you'll be fine” and “none of us have ever faced a situation quite like this before” can be heard over footage that looks more like static interspersed with what we can only hope are short scenes from the film itself.
