14 DAY TRIAL // Ustream has released Broadcast for Friends (BFF) on the iTunes App Store. BFF in short, this is the first iPhone app that lets users broadcast unlimited live video to their friends on Facebook Timeline, said Ustream.tv, Inc.
According to its creators, Facebook comments are displayed in real-time to the BFF broadcaster during a live streaming session, and the app also allows the broadcaster to edit the footage with ten filters, including Maltese" (which offers a saturated black and white), "Vendetta" (which causes prominent reds) and "Valentino" (which induces a silent film look).
Other filters include Munchkin (color style from Wizard of Oz); Wonka (purplish tint); Chicago (red flood); Sundance (old western-style); Titan (aqua green tint); and Requiem (desaturated, sepia tones).
Broadcast for Friends is available immediately as a free download from Apple’s iTunes App Store. It works with iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation) and iPad Wi-Fi + 4G and requires iOS 5.0 or later.
