There are less than three weeks sinceResearch In Motion's BlackBerry 10 announcement and details on the upcoming devices have started to emerge.

We have already got a fair share of press photo, live images and even demos of the first BlackBerry 10 smartphones to be unveiled on January 30. However, RIM is still mum on the availability and pricing options of its BlackBerry 10 devices.

Well, it appears that BGR has just received a screenshot taken off Best Buy Canada's inventory system, which confirmed the first BlackBerry 10 device will arrive on February 28.

This particular BlackBerry 10 smartphone is for Bell, but we can safely assume other Canadian carriers will launch it around the same time.

The screenshot also mentions the no-term price of the smartphone, which is set to $800/€610. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
