Archos has several tablets up for sale on their way, and the G10 is a particularly interesting model, with its Android 4.0 operating system and strong hardware.
We actually saw this item in an
FCC filing yesterday, so we aren't all that surprised that Archos finally made a visible move.
The photo above was released through the IT player's Facebook page, right
here.
The launch will be in three weeks, August 20-23 as it were, though we may be off by a day or two.
The most relevant hardware components are the Texas Instruments OMAP 4470 dual-core Cortex A9 CPU (1.5-1.8 GHz), the PowerVR SGX544 iGPU, a dedicated 2D iGPU, microSD card slot, micro-HDMI and a connector for a keyboard dock.
Sadly, no price has been mentioned yet, and we don't dare hope for a second
Kogan Agora.
