The TL-WDR4300 N750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router comes with dual band wireless capabilities and 2 USB sharing ports, which makes it really attractive to consumers since it can share devices through the internet or on a home network.
TP-Link made available the firmware package for this router on its website. Also there, you will find Printer Controller utilities for both Windows and Mac users.
While searching for TL-WDR4300 in DD-WRT Router Database page, we found no official confirmation that DD-WRT firmware can be installed on this router.
Although the package is authorized by TP-Link, it comes with a few warnings:
- Please verify the hardware version of your device for the firmware version. Wrong firmware upgrading may damage your device and void the warranty. - Do NOT turn off the power during upgrade - Do NOT upgrade the firmware through wireless connection - Use decompression software such as WinZIP or WinRAR to extract the file you download before upgrade.
