14 DAY TRIAL // It’s been less than a week since Sony rolled out the latest firmware software for Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 Compact and now a new update is about to be released for the same models.
According to XperiaBlog, a new firmware version, 14.2.A.1.142, has just been certified at PTCRB and is likely to go live within the next few days.
Unfortunately, there are no details on the amount of changes that the update will bring, but given the small bump in number upgrade, we suspect that it only brings some bug fixes and minor improvements.
The last firmware update for Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 Compact was made available last week with version number 14.2.A.1.136. Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming release of the new firmware.
