One month has passed since Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014 opened its gates and we're still talking about some of the devices that have been showcased at the trade fair.

One of the smartphones that was somewhat skipped by the press last month if the Huawei Ascend Y300 II. The folks over at Phonearena recently spotted a video demo of the smartphone made by a Hungarian blog site.

The only thing unusual about the Huawei Ascend Y300 II is the fact that it runs Firefox OS 1.1, unlike it's Huawei Ascend Y300 sibling which is powered by Android platform.

Aside from that, we also know the handset is equipped with a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8225 Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory.

In addition, the Ascend Y300 II sports a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, autofocus and video recording, as well as secondary VGA camera and 1730 mAh battery.
