New, safe, easy to use phones for kids are to come to the market, complete with very attractive purchasing deals from Firefly, starting December 1. These deals are active only for glowPhone bundles and the flyPhones, in a limited edition.

The glowPhone bundles, available only in pink and black, and including a glowPhone, a carabineer and a rubber skin, will be on sale for $59.99. Should you opt only in favor of the glowPhone, this device will come with a free headset worth about $15.99.

glowPhones present different features, enjoyable by children of ages between 5 and 8, such as full color screen, and built-in games. However, other features are also included to make the delight of every kid out there, like customizable ringtones or five-way navi key usable for both games or phonebook surfing, as an example.

The flyPhones are bit different, due to the fact that they have been designed for children aged about 9-12 years. They feature some more advanced capabilities, like the built-in camera and the MP3 player. Also, they come equipped with electro-luminescent morphing keypad that works very well for games, and other capabilities, such as text and chat features, music and video samples, ringtones and wallpapers.

All Firefly phones come with another great feature incorporated, which allows parents to limit the calls, or even the text messages to a specific number. Moreover, concerned parents can also pre-program the numbers these phones have access to. This special feature spares moms and dads of any unpleasant surprise, while also giving them some control over the situation.

Addressing both kids and parents, Firefly Mobile President Kyle Cox had this to say about the offer: "Cell phones are high on most kids' holiday wish lists, and Firefly Mobile wants to make granting those wishes safe and affordable. These holiday deals will be available from December 1 to 23, and potential clients can opt for the 25-minute rate plan for $9.99, or for the 150-minute one for $19.99. No contracts or extra fees are required and, as mentioned above, starting Monday, these devices will go on sale all over the U.S.
