A new version of the Firefox extension for web developers, Firebug, has just been released. It is a minor build that delivers a set of 15 fixes.

The issues addressed include inability to open AJAX request in a new tab using middle-click mouse action, increased CPU usage with the “Break on” feature enabled, or impossibility to resend AJAX requests.

Additional fixes refer to the cookie breakpoint condition editor, Firebug start button missing on popup windows, HTML panel replacing the non-Latin UTF-8 characters by default by entities and incorrect sorting for timeline.

Firebug 1.10.1 also brings to the table some enhancements: adds the option to copy request parameters, help links use HTTPS and better contrast for the auto-completion grey color in Command Line (with the Console panel).
