14 DAY TRIAL // FireEye has expanded the FireEye Security Platform to incorporate managed security services and endpoint protection technologies from the recently acquired Mandiant. In addition, the latest version of the platform comes with new threat analytics and intrusion prevention capabilities.
The newly introduced Managed Defense subscription service is based on FireEye’s continuous monitoring subscription service, but it offers additional expertise from Mandiant’s Managed Defense.
The endpoint threat detection and response products incorporated into the FireEye Security Platform were formerly sold as Mandiant for Security Operations.
The FireEye Dynamic Threat Intelligence and the security firm’s MVX technology power the Security Platform.
The FireEye Security Platform is designed as a solution that provides everything a company needs in order to protect its systems against cyberattacks.
Additional information on the FireEye Security Platform will be made available at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. The new products and services are expected to become available sometime in the first half of 2014.
