It's hard to sell a 3D movie to movie buffs at home, but it's perhaps even harder doing so when we're talking about a film that initially came out in 2D many years ago. Even so, Pixar delivers.

On September 14 this year, the studio will re-release its classic underwater tale “Finding Nemo” after it's been converted to 3D.

The new cut of the trailer doesn't bring new footage (don't expect the film to do so either) but it does include images that allow us to imagine how awesome they will look in 3D.

It also helps to remind us just how completely adorable and amazing the original film was, so here's to that at least.

Check out the trailer above and let us know in the comments section below whether you plan on buying tickets to see the 3D re-release.
