All you need is perfect timing and skill. The Frisbee has to be thrown from a distance large enough for the disk to gain momentum by the time it reaches the bottle.
One also has to think about the spinning motion and how it affects the trajectory of the Frisbee, in order to perfectly position the bottle. I can imagine that a lot of bottles got broken during the making of this clip.
