14 DAY TRIAL // Final Fantasy XIV was not a major success when it was first launched, but the development team in charge of it at Square Enix has managed to make the title appealing to fans of the franchise with the updated version A Realm Reborn.
Now the studio is getting ready to launch Heavensward, the first major expansion for the MMO, which will be introduced in the spring of 2015 and will expand the scope of the game.
Dragon versus dragon combat will be one of the core features and fans of the title will be able to get a level cap of 60 for all classes.
New very large areas will be introduced to Final Fantasy XIV and there are also suggestions that a new playable race will be available, with two separate genres.
Heavensward will have a more mature look and will use darker colors and a range of floating islands in the sky will be open for gamers to explore.
Dungeons and high-end raids are also being created in order to satisfy the best players of the MMO, and as always, the community will also get access to more gear to use and recipes which they can use to further customize their characters.
