Gamers will be able to explore new dungeons

The development team at Square Enix announces that it is ready to reveal the main features of the upcoming 2.4 patch for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, which is supposed to be launched soon and will add a range of new mechanics for gamers to explore.

The main trailer coming from the 2014 Tokyo Games Show is unfortunately entirely in Japanese, but fans of the MMO will be able to take a look at the new dungeons that they will be able to explore and fight in, the new moves that some classes have access to and the Ahk Afah amphitheatre.

Square Enix is not yet saying exactly when the launch of patch 2.4 for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will take place, but gamers expect it to arrive before the middle of October.

The title was plagued by a lot of issues when it was originally launched, but the publisher continued to work on it and rewarded the community for its patience, and now the title has a loyal fan base which is asking for regular updates in order to continue playing.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is an MMO that can be played on the PC, the PlayStation 4 from Sony and the PS3.
