It addresses crash bug introduced in a previous version

Version 3.6.0 for FileZilla Client turned stable over the weekend, after spending almost one week in release candidate stage.

There are just a couple of new entries in the list of modifications, both of them addressing stability issues. As such, a crash bug plaguing the application since version 3.5.3 has been eliminated.

On the same note, in previous releases of the application, IPv6-only hosts would cause a crash in the network configuration wizard; this should no longer happen in Filezilla 3.6.0.

Although it is a new version, it does not introduce any new features. Previous revisions also dealt with bug fixes and integrated only minor changes. Among them there is incrementing of the default TLS session lifetime and modifications relating to the “Remember passwords” dialog.
