FileZilla has received one more update this morning on basically all platforms, so Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X users are recommended to get the new version as soon as possible.
According to the official release notes, version 3.7.3 comes with Putty fixes, so expect a slightly improved performance after deploying the update.
Another important version was launched yesterday, bringing patches for an older security vulnerability, as well as updated Linux binaries.
As far as Windows platforms are concerned, today’s release can be installed on all versions of Microsoft’s operating system still supported by the tech giant, including the ancient XP and the modern Windows 8. Both 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows are compatible.
