The award-winning EA SPORTS Fight Night series is back to defend its title as the undisputed champion of boxing videogames. Knocking out the competition, EA SPORTS Fight Night Round 3 brings the most intense boxing videogame experience to the virtual ring.
The graphics establish it as one of the best looking and playing Xbox 360 sports
game on the market and outside of the ring, gamers can establish intense rivalries through pre-fight events putting purpose and passion behind every hit. It's the closest thing to being in the ring without getting punched.
Fight Night Round 3 is the third boxing title from EA Sports to carry the Fight Night name. It features the usual improvements such as better graphics and gameplay. "Impact Punches" is one of the most drastic changes, along with ESPN Classic fights and a new career mode, in which the player fights to gain popularity in order to reach sponsored fights, or to be featured on ESPN. Unlike in older versions, Round 3 defaults without a heads-up display (HUD), allowing a player to judge the status of their stamina and energy based on their stance, movements and facial features. Gameplay Hints
Better stats: To get better stats, every time you must first sign a contract for a fight. Then, choose to train aggressive. Then choose between balance, power, or speed. Then, continue. The game will show your boxer before and his stats either going down or up. If they go up, fine. If they start to go down, press Home to return to the PSP's main screen. Go back into the game, and do the same thing again, looking for better stats. Note: The only reason this is useful is because the game loads fast.
Easy wins: Keep throwing jabs and hooks to get their health down. Then, keep throwing signature punches to their body by pressing L and the signature punch or keep pressing Down to get his health low and knock him down.
