Michael Schumacher is back in business. Of course, we all knew that from the moment we saw the German lift the French GP crown earlier in the weekend. Still, the Ferrari team realizes that there is plenty of work to do if they want to win the championship and are now trying to get ready for the last 7 races. The first one will be on home ground, at Hockenheim. And, with Schumacher winning on Renault's territory, the French manufacturer wants to return "the favor" in two weeks time.

That's why Schumacher and his team have decided to test the Ferrari cars
as soon as possible. And the first series of test will take place in France, al Le Castellet. And it will be decisive in terms of picking tyres for the next three races. As the German put it, the testing in Castellet can prove to be decisive for winning his 8th title in Formula One. If the Turkish GP does not see Ferrari close on points with Renault, they could very well kiss the title good bye.

"These are important tests as we have to select the tyres for the next three races. Then will come a break from the testing. We would like to prepare for the next race and do well in Germany. We will see how things go. I need the extra motivation; we are all motivated and each member of the Ferrari team wants the Prancing Horse to win the title race", stated the German ace.

And, as always, his opinion in being shared by the team's officials. After all, even if he is Ferrari's driver, Schumacher is very much helping his team with advices and thoughts concerning his car. Seven world championship titles might have had some effect on that. Ferrari's team principal, Frenchman Jean Todt, also admitted that, if choosing the right set of tyres, Ferrari will have no problem winning the next 3 races.

"I think we will not only be quick in Hockenheim, I think we will be quick everywhere. Our competitors are very strong as well, they do a good job. It's up to us. If we want to win the championship we have to deserve it and to do the best job we can", concluded the Frenchman.
