If you thought Taylor Swift's rise to fame was one smooth and rather fast ride, wait till you hear about how her feminist doppelganger became worldwide known in a matter of days.

Self-titled FeministTaylorSwift, whom friends and family known best as Clara Beyer, started parodying the singer's lyrics on Twitter only a few days ago.

Still, she's already got more than 80,000 followers. Yup, she's that good.

“Happy. Free. Confused. Oppressed by the patriarchy. At the same time,” FeministTaylorSwift describes herself.

In case you're wondering what Clara Beyer's recipe for success is, here's the answer: the Brown University student takes bits and pieces of some of Taylor Swifts most famous (and cheesy) lyrics, and rewrites them from a feminist's perspective.

“He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and said / "Marry me Juliet / You can take my last name if you want, but if not I respect that,” one of her parodies reads.

“But you're so confused / 'Cause you don't feel pretty, you just feel used / Because the media almost invariably objectifies women,” another one says.

And then there's my personal favorite, “Ooh / He called me up again tonight / Ooooh / This time, I'm telling you I'm telling you / You need to stop calling me / This is harassment.”
