Fedora Users & Developers Conference for APAC users

The Fedora Project has had the great pleasure of announcing that there's an upcoming FUDCon (Fedora Users & Developers Conference) event for APAC (Asia-Pacific) communities.

This year's FUDCon event for Fedora developers and users from the Asia-Pacific region will take place between June 26 and June 28, 2015, in the city of Pune, India, at the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, College of Engineering. Of course, the event is free to everyone, and no registration is required.

At FUDCon Pune 2015, attendees will gather together to talk about the upcoming features that are to be implemented in the next major version of the Fedora Linux operating system, as well as to learn more about the distribution and how to use it wisely for their needs.

There will be 36 technology deep dives, 3 specialized tracks, and 13 hands-on workshops, where Fedora Linux users and contributors will have the unique opportunity to meet their fellow enthusiasts and talk/learn about the latest Linux technologies and Fedora innovations.

"Every year, Fedora users and developers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region meet up at the annual FUDCon to learn how to do get more out of Fedora, and plan the future of our OS. This year, the APAC FUDCon is being held in the city of Pune, India from June 26 to June 28 2015, and everyone is invited to attend this free event," reads the announcement.

There will be interesting talks at FUDCon Pune 2015

Besides workshops, the FUDCon Pune 2015 event will feature various interesting talks from many speakers, about hot topics like DNF - Fedora's brand-new package manager - Android development on Fedora, internationalization, OpenStack, as well as Vagrant for DevOps.

There's also a workshop for the InkScape open-source vector graphics editor tool. Those of you who are Fedora Linux users, developers, or contributors living in the Asia-Pacific region can attend the Fedora Users & Developers Conference (FUDCon) 2015 event in Pune, India between June 26 and June 28.
